Very early models use imperial hinge pins and bushes. The holes in the door beams are also an imperial size. This means the standard Lotus bushes C079U4189F do not fit. We have made imperial bushes for the early models, the part number is SJ079B0045. The current metric pin B079U4558F should be used with these imperial bushes. I'm afraid the actual change point between imperial and metric is not known.
